Game froze up and would let me do anything. Didn't get what I bought either. I bought a package that was supposed to be as free and that didn't happen. I just played it for maybe 8 minutes. Had to watch 3 ads. 1 of which after the game asked if I wanted to double my reward by watching an ad. I clicked skip and it showed me an ad and then didn't give me the extra rewards. During the whole game is an ad at the bottom too.

I WOULDNT REFER THIS SITE where did you guys learn to play pool ? this is the only site i have seen where you can win 8 games in a row and only go ahead 1-4 ( if you dont go backwards ) points in win ratio , but if you lose 1 game your win ratio goes back 1-14 points and if you use the bank to make your ball its a fowl ???? there are so many rules that dont exist but should , and so many that do that shouldnt , learn the game boys ( 101 pool for dummies ) get it read it sleep with it learn it .

I paid $10 for freakin gems cause I'm an idiot and didn't get them. I've messaged customer service 3 times now and still no response. Someone give my money back please!
